Bab 2:Ape yg pelu aku buat tyme inductioN??

assalamualaikum...

sape baru singgah blog nih,tgk bab 1 k...

hohoi,tyme nih msti korunk nye smangat nk diet terbaka gile cam baka sampah an? so,camne nk diet ni bejaye? jumpe bomoh? oh no...

ingt post petame aku? INDUCTION....perlu diingtkkn bahgian ni yg paling pnting...kalo korunk x buat bahgian ni dgn disiplin yg peno dn smngat cam nk masok komanwel,nanti slow la weight loss korunk..

so,sblom aku msk bahgian ongoing weight loss,ape yg kite perlu pastikan kite wat dgn btl tyme induction?

1:timbang dulu berat badan asal...attention!! ni pnting coz kite xleh ukur bedasarkan otak kite,nanti org tanye "bape brat ko turun?" ko jwb? "brat la jugak"..

2:timbang sminggu skali je...kalo x bole sminggu skali,wat skali sminggu..huhu

3:pas timbang sminggu lau xde berat 2run,jgn givup,ingt blk pe korunk da mkn sume,kire carbohydrate btol2..nanti aku akn aja wat diari makanan plak k?

4:air!..air suam k,bkn air manis atau air longkang:D minum atleast 14-15 cawan sehari...t agi cpt turun berat badan..

5:bagitau kat membe2 yg rapat,awek,atau pn guard kat kawasan perumahan yg korunk nk wat diet,t betambah smngt korunk...

ok,aku dlu nk mule pn aku kantoi gak skali due coz aku x biase x mkn nasi,tp pecaye la,jgn givup n nanti korunk muak da tgk nasi tuh...nasi pn xnk tgk da muke korunk...

ade org tanye...

dey,xpna wujud istilah gemuk air,air kalo bnyak,kencing ah...ko tahan kencing ke??:D
